Stepping outside Harlow third birthday today, January 11th Nicole Richie and Joel Madden - along with their cute children - were all seen in Hollywood, California. The newlyweds proudly bore Harlow and Sparrow birthday gal sporting a lovely pink tutu. Over the weekend, Harlow was treated at a party with friends, including Ellen Pompeo, Jessica Alba and Kourtney Kardashian break up with his kids at The Tree house Social Club in Los Angeles.
